Every year I write a blog on the progress of the grape harvest at Camalie. Some years I include the harvests at Konrad and Crouse vineyards as well since some years I helped farm those vineyards under contract with the owners and vineyard manager Ramon Pulido.
There are lots of great photos of the grapes growing during the season and through harvest. Often the buyers and the harvest schedule are included. I used these blogs to communicate with the grape buyers the grape parameters, estimated tonnage and the schedule for harvest. They would approve the ripeness and harvest date. It goes into great depth of the details of growing grapes in 5-20 acre hillside vineyards on Mt. Veeder. I'm rather proud of the photography which is a highlight of these blogs in my humble opinion.
